Raphaël Reinhardt holds a law degree and was qualified to practice as an attorney in 2007. He studied law at the University of Lausanne and at the Freie Universität of Berlin. He also completed a certificate on Trust law. He obtained in 2012 the title of Certified Specialist Lawyer SBA (Swiss Bar Association) in Inheritance Law and the Certificate of Advanced Studies in Inheritance Law.
He co-founded and was a partner of a commercial law firm in Geneva for 10 years. He then decided to join the Bar of the Canton of Vaud where he has always lived and became partner of Sedlex Avocat.
Raphaël Reinhardt practices litigation and has a substantial judiciary experience in the Cantons of Vaud and Geneva as well as before the federal authorities. He also provides legal advices to individuals and corporate entities. He set up the legal platform ma-societe.ch which offers a wide range of legal information to SMEs. He has been a regular speaker on the subject of Swiss Company Law.
Raphaël Reinhardt deals with cases in the fields of Business law, Civil law and White-collar crime. He also regularly acts as a specialist in inheritance matters (estate planning, litigation and execution of wills). The cases he is confronted with are often impregnated with international issues.
